Cold shoulder lace-up neckline top

Super cute green floral cold shoulder top from Charlotte Russe, size medium. It has a lace-up neckline that is designed to be fairly loose and the strings would hang down. Elastic-cinched sleeves are about 3/4 length or maybe a little longer. Only worn a handful of times and is in excellent condition!
