The payment is in the process of refund. I couldn’t just ship it to you with the old label, it is expired and the order can not be reactive.

lagomjewelry @willowtupper It typically takes 1 full billing cycle for your bank to post the refund on your statement. If your order was cancelled on the same day as it was originally placed, it was likely voided before it was processed, which means you were neither charged nor refunded. You may see the transaction as 'pending' on your online statement, but this is removed within a couple of business days.
