Found this skirt at an estate sale that someone sewed by hand with their own pattern! Handmade design with no tags and real quality work too. Olive green with white / cream colored polka dots and an inverted pleat going up the front. Zip-up back hooks with metal loop. Inside slip stitched within for added coverage layer. A real cute find!
