hannahkaylah @00viv00 I have 3 pairs left as my listing shows. I just added a photo off the waists. The small blue is 11 1/3” and the small lavender is 10” without stretching the elastic waist. The length on blue is 12.5” and lavender 12.25”. They are made in India therefore the size differences. I think the small blue would fit you best.
