NWT Betsey Johnson dress

NWT brand new never been worn, tan and black sheer dress. Tan slip with sheer layer and black embroidery detailing. Sleeves are long and completely sheer with black embroidery. Sleeve hem and hem of dress is scallop trim. Zipper and hook and eye closure. Velvet bow at neck that hangs down the dress. Size 10 but runs small, closer to a 6
