@savings007 they are all lined. Is that what you mean by filter? There is a second layer of fabric which is shown in photos. Outer layer is the design layer inner layer is the lining.

@sheherazade long ways laying flat is 7 and half inches and with stretch up to 10" across and the height laying flat is 5 and quarter inches and with stretch up to 9" . Fabric is soft & has stretch
