julesflg8tors These shoes that I ordered from you arrived today and there were/are a few missing rhinestones that are visible in the front. I have no way to contact you. How can I obtain these rhinestones (same size, etc.) as I’ll have to glue them myself? Will you send them? I can send you a photo of how they arrived? Or do I need to go through Poshmark directly?

julesflg8tors @balanceshoes They were just picked up from the mailbox and I thought the rhinestones were missing, but we looked at them with a magnifying glass and they’re black/dark green stones. I have a photo. They’re for a wedding. I can send you a photo as I just literally opened the box.
