erinmevans @t_lauren19 Hi 🥰 It’s not a dumb question! I put a graphic up that helps a little, I hope! You pull it apart more (so it’s about the width of your nostril) and corkscrew it in, starting from one end. Then once it’s where you want it, you push it back together more. I hope this makes sense.

erinmevans @t_lauren19 I wish I had a better graphic but this helps I think a little. It’s like pulling apart a slinky 😉 Then you just keep twisting it in there until it creates the effect. I will admit, the 18 gauge is a slightly thicker metal (as it states- not by much) so it will be also slightly harder to bend. It is workable though.

erinmevans @avery322 I would say if you have a very sensitive piercing, you’re going to have a more difficult time with the 18 Gauge because it’s a harder metal to pull apart and pinch back together once it’s in. If that is true, then the 22 Gauge is the one for you 🙂 it’s more pliable. Hope this helps! 💖
