Royal Blue & Black midi

Lovely and comfy cotton mid length dress with cute ruffles around neck and sleeves.Love the color and only worn once.There is a little bit of balling on the black skirt portion not sure how since I barely wore it.🤷‍♀️But it’s really hard to notice unless you look close.The dress is in good condition.💙☺️It has pockets on the front of the skirt which is cool.😁
