Beautiful MIcheal Kors drop waist dress in red-orange and black all over design. Ties at the neck with gold MK bobbles on tie strings. Elastic cuffs - 2.5 inches wide. Smocked drop waist - 5.5 inches wide. Soft gathers surround the front and back. Blouse top is sheer. Skirt is lined from bottom of elastic drop waist. Top of waist elastic to hem - 17 inches.
