Neon Two-tone Dress

Bright lime neon top with nude bottom. Fun for work or internship! 3/4 exposed zipper on the bottom. Important note, there are little belt loops on the side but mine didn’t have one- I always added my own belt or cardigan and you don’t notice. I’m 5’5” and it hits below my knees.
