Vintage brand, big in the 90s, Anchor Blue wrap around skirt. Dry clean only. Buttons still in great condition. Material: 30% wool, 25% polyester, and 45% acrylic. Gently used, great condition! Size 7. Approximate measurements: waist/15” flat and length/20”. Made in USA.
