Donated: Candie's Black Blouse With Back Cutout

This blouse is one of my favorites for work, but it no longer fits me. It has only worn about 3 times. It is a sheer black with a cute ruffled cutout in the back. The blouse has a V neck in the front, a collar around the neck, and the sleeves have the option to roll up and button with tabs. It is made of 100% Polyester.
