@amyroseb hi! Thanks for shopping our closet. Measuring the waist lying flat on these is right around 14.75”. These do have some good stretch to them. For me personally, I usually wear a size 7/27 in kancan but in this style I am a comfortable 5/26. It varies by person though! I’ve seen some say they fit TTS. 👍🏻

For 28p I have one that’s about 31.5” and another that is a little over 32”
You can just tell me what inseam and size suits you better and that’s what I will ship.
