beedoe_vintage @vintagegal521 sorry for the delay -depending on hip/height i would say about 18" flat. i very easily stretched it onto my 40" hip and did not feel strangled. it was fitted tho.

beedoe_vintage @vintagegal521 also the btm hem is about 20.5" i think and its basically a slight a from pit to hem. hope this helps!
