VTG 60s Formal Dress

My grandmother had this dress custom made in Panama in the 60s. The beading on the dress is very intricate, that combined with the layered taffeta underdress, make this dress heavy (3 lbs). The overlay is chiffon. The color is Kelly Green and is best captured in the 6th image. The last 2 images show what I'm assuming are bleach stains; the chiffon masks these.
