logo282 @erincsellars hello, when laid flat, the waist measures 13”. There is also a small section of the back that is elastic (see photo). I also have the matching shorts, new with tags, if you are interested in those. I would be open to selling all 3 pieces in a bundle, or some combination if you would like!

logo282 @erincsellars new photo added of the set. I am a true size medium so this skirt doesn’t flatter me, but you can see the top and skirt meet if you don’t want to show any skin. You can also roll the top (like the model)
