I got these custom made in Liberia and they are a 100% cotton wax fabric. Each has a different unique style and print. They all have a zip back w/ a top cute zipper detail. One skirt has belt loops. You can wear them high at the waist or lower on hips. I normally wear a size 8/Med. They hit just above the knee and are kicky and A-line and fun. Measurements across the waist of each :
Pink skirt measures 15" across
Multi fabric skirt measures 15.5" across
Yellow/blue skirt measures 16.5" acros
