High Waisted Genuine Leather Skirt Size 2-4

High waisted Genuine Leather Skirt Size 2-4 Unknown brand. Think it’s Wilson but no brand tag. Tag says 12 but that is impossible. My friend that is a 5 just tried it on and it was pretty tight on her. It’s high waisted skirt so the measurements are 13 1/2 inches across at high waist so 27 inches around. Skirt is a little over 23 inches long. Please comment for any questions.
