Vintage 1964-1973 Int. Ladies Garment Workers Union black & red velvet dress

This is a gorgeous vintg (1964-1973) International Ladies Garment Workers' Union (ILGWU) dress. The top of the dress is a red velvet like material w/beading. The bottom is black sheer material layered over a solid black material. In great used, vintg condition. It has signs of wear & some holes in the bottom of the dress as shown in photos. Please view all photos to be aware of condition & how the stitching was done. It is a vintg item & could have thinning material, and signs of age.
