Vintage large Fashions by Margolin purse

This is a larger Margolin bag, length 14 inches, height 9 inches, strap drop 6 1/2 inches. Shiny black synthetic, do not see any indication this is patent leather but may be. Brass color hardware, small area at closure that shows wear. Feet on bottom. Some white scratches on bag but they do not diminish beauty. Some scratches below front closure. Most unusual feature is the two brownish reddish balls at either end of bag top closure, believed to be plastic but perhaps Lucite. I have no idea.
