They’ve always have to ship repairs off for me, even before the pandemic 👍 I dropped it off, they shipped it (somewhere lol) about 6-7 weeks they called me and I went and picked it up. I’ve heard they can send you a shipping label though and you can ship- they changed the handle to my delightful and it looks amazing too & was only a little over $100!
