rougelips @ftorres24 I'd say go with Medium. The bottoms sit on high hip, not on the waist. So if your waist is 28", your high hip is probably around 30", so I'd wait for the Medium. I can tag you when it is restocked. Same for the other swimsuit you asked about.

So, the circumference is 30" - 36". It sits on high hip. So if you want to measure your high hip, you'll have the best idea of how it'd fit. High hip is the "love handle" area, so to speak. Best, if your measurement falls between 32-36", for L. Hope that helps. :)
