Super sorry about the delay but my daughter had a very long virtual school day 🥴🥴 So here's the answers to your questions 💙 They aren't lined but the material is thick so they're not see through. The fabric is 96% Polyester and 4% spandex so they do have some stretch BUT not like a legging type of stretch. Measurements for a Small: Waist- 14" Length front-39" back-40" Inseam-27"

bleubirdboho @kgonzoroberts Hi, happy Sunday!💛 I would say if you're a 28/29, definitely size up to an L. I'm also a 28/29 depending on the brand. The medium fits me but the L is definitely more accommodating for my bum and hips haha. I can provide measurements for you if that will help as well.
