hikergirl650 @jmxlee_ the bag itself does not have a serial # but not all Burberry bags do especially some of the more vintage ones like these. It has the Made in Italy tag on the inside though and Burberry logo on the front and on the zipper as well as inside lining. I recently had it valued at the real real since I was thinking of consigning with them and they said they would value it at $495. Hope this helps!
