NWOT Loose hi low Plaid Shirt

Brand new, never been worn light weight light blue 💙 shirt. Ties at the sleeves! No buttons, pullover top with loose fit. Sleeves are more fitted. Front gathers high enough to tuck into hi waisted pants and I imagine it with a white or cream wide leg hi waist pants~ it is thin so I would recommend a tank or something underneath! **size seems to run smaller!
