mamapep27 @brinisityllc oh ok, it says shoulder to hem on small is 24 inches, but it goes down past her bottom... to her thigh. I'm only 5'3 and 24 inches isn't that long on me.

brinisityllc @mamapep27 hi, vici is a boutique. The brand they sell is POL kind of like Anthropologie sells other brands. They are just the store name.
