Halter tie at neck and cord at front that can be left or tied into bow or tied over neck also. Condition is used, has some issues as pictured but still beautiful 😍. Two small holes at bottom front, not noticeable when worn because of how flowy it is. Stain in last pic will definitely come out with wash. 100% rayon fabric. Size L, fits like M but roomy.
