Top and skirt have side zip. Skirt has the flouncy bottom and elastic in back of waist. Skirt is 16” at waist zipped and lying flat unstretched. Stretches to 18”. Both pieces fully lined. Top about 20” pit to pit lying flat. One side of top has ruching and a tie.
