designdiva2020 @kh226 Hi again Kim :) I just pulled the bag. I do not see any scuffs or wear on the outside (or inside) on this beautiful bag The handles & strap are both in great condition with no signs of wear. I’ll print a copy of the cert of authenticity (see last pic) & include it w/ purchase. The card you see in one of the pics is a little cardboard pouch w/ a pamphlet inside showing “product care” instructions. There is no padding inside however it does have some structure.

I ran out of space for pic but the pouch is new and measures 7” by 12 1/2” x (almost 4 “ bottom) and tapers up to a zippered top. Pull tab says “Burberry Beauty” Black matte with black silky lining. Re: Laptop bag: I have a Mac computer if you’d like me to check the fit for you. Just let me know 🤗
