@nowfound hi again , I still haven’t received tracking for this item through postmark -have they picked the item up as of yet ? sorry to be a bother I know Saturday mail doesn’t run late cause the post office closes early thought I would check with you again to see if they picked it up I usually get notification pretty fast when item goes out again just making sure all is good thank you for your patience if you can advise 😊

@djrizzo You would get a ship notification once the postman picks up from the location. My mail guy is comes later in the afternoon. Sometimes they do not acknowledge my pickups and I have to ship out the next business day. I do not live close to a post office where I can drop it off there. It is up to you what you would like to do. If they haven't picked it up yet, I will have to wait till Monday. I can cancel the transaction on my end, if you would like? shipping for me is typically 1-2 days.

@nowfound i would like to track it as I have the other items I’ve purchased through here so how does it work when you send items to people I would imagine people and poshmark track it as they have been doing for their customers and myself when I shop through here - it’s after 5 pm on Saturday was the item picked up ? and the way it was paid by me through poshmark they inform me so I’m confused so how would I track the item from you ?

@nowfound the email I received through poshmark said I will get an email when the item ships so isn’t there something on your end the post office provides you ? I’ve always been provided a tracking number from a seller through here

@djrizzo It hasn't been picked up, so it hasn't been scanned. Sometimes this happens with pickup, On Monday I will drive to the post office and hand deliver if they don't accept the orignal pickup request. Once the post office scans the label I printed abd placed on the box the tracking info will automatically be e-mailed to you, and I will get a notification as well. I wasn't sure if this was a gift, or needed expediting,still wanted to give you thw option to cancel😊

@nowfound so sorry for the inconvenience they did it as I mentioned because of fraud on my card and replaced it and I didn’t know this until yesterday so yes you all are seeing it processed but when they go to actually charge it once you shop it will decline that’s why I have to wait until tomorrow to update and reprocess the transaction with you so I would cancel this one out

@nowfound basically it wouldn’t have kicked back until you shipped it and then when they went to actually charge my account it would have declined I believe that’s what the bank explained to me today again I have to get everyone involved on the phone to clarify this I’ll reach out once I have actual factual answers tomorrow
