EUC Nanette Lepore chocolate embroidered faux leather skirt with flare at knee. The material is 70% viscose, 30% cotton with a faux suede to velvet look. Fabric is firm and soft. Lined down to the start of the flare. Worn a few times (dry cleaned twice). The fabric is a bit crushed from the hanger at the top (see photos), but this will likely resolve with wearing it or leaving it off the hanger.

@njmurphylaw There is some slight stretch, but not much with the lining. I measure the seat/hips at about 17.5" (see new photo). I'm happy to measure again but wasn't sure how far down from the top to measure. This designer tends to run a bit small, but this skirt was closer to an accurate sizing than some of her more high-waisted designs.
