photog119 @kaeder2012 I am so sorry! I would have given you a reason for delay, had I known there was a delay!! I am having major issues with USPS not scanning packages. I also had a lot of orders from 12/28-1/1, so I apologize if yours was missed, but I’m pretty certain it was already shipped! I wish you would have contacted me before canceling, I would have certainly looked into it!

kaeder2012 @photog119 Poshmark told me they reached out several times and you never responded. My funds were tied up in your order and now I am unable to get a different pair for my daughter. I contacted support 3 times asking for update and they confirmed you were not responding.

photog119 @kaeder2012 I did not get anything from them! I did receive a please ship notification but I knew they were shipped, so I ignored it. ISPS has been a nightmare!! They did indeed go out on the 2nd.

photog119 Also, it would have been faster response had you done what you did today. Posted a message! I never get responses from support and obviously I’m not getting emails from them either. I check my posh regularly and I haven’t received one notification from support! I just checked my email too, all I have are computer generated messages. Nothing about your inquiring personally. I’m very disappointed with Posh right now.

photog119 @kaeder2012 I did, but all I got was a computer generated response. 😔 That’s all I’ve ever gotten. I keep asking them to allow sellers to choose USPS or UPS, bc of all the issues I’ve had the past couple of months. Maybe the respond to buyers faster than sellers, idk.
