pinkfashiongems @beautybeautybee Yes this is in US sizes, the small is 4 to 6 and the medium is 8 to 10. This does not have a pattern, fabric is velvet and that's why it looks like a pattern. I can send a video of it in an hour when I'm back home and I can ship today too
