@mgmmjh Its tearless. if it can be used on a baby, anyone can use it. and It smells like Chocolate truffles mmmm I have not used it yet, but I will when I run out. my son uses it, loves it, he is 14. I took some to my dentist office, they were all over it, so I brought them more lol
