dorioskam Do the videos have Zumba Dancing ? Also, would it work for a beginner?

2ndchanceshop @dorioskam Hi, thanks for your question. From what I’ve heard about these there is limited Zumba dancing. The other workouts are to target specific body areas and are done without music. I do understand that this is good for beginners and everything can be modified. I have a Zumba Gold DVD listed that would be all dancing. Gold is no joke. You can still get a great workout. It’s all about what you put into it. Hope this helps. I was an instructor for 5 years.
