swilliams90211 @barb1o I’m sorry, but I have to ask why you’re asking that?

monicejeslene Genuine question! Why is it more expensive than in the LV website! I really want this bag and I’m currently doing my research :)

swilliams90211 @monicejeslene Hi! No worries at all. That's a great question and I always recommend doing your research before making a high end bag purchase. So the bag is currently sold out on LV's website. It appears like it's available on the product page, but when you go to add it to your shopping cart, it says "out of stock"...and it has been for quite some time. I'm not sure if they will be restocking that.
Jan 24Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @monicejeslene So, because of that, and the fact that the bag is so popular and so in demand, it has driven resale prices up quite a bit all over the web. I always base my prices based on comps from across the web, like from The Real Real.

monicejeslene @swilliams90211 omg just my luck! I actually was just able to purchase it on the website! So excited! Thank you so much for your help! Good luck on selling your bag, it literally sold out in the website in SECONDS It’s very high in demand! I doubt you’ll have a hard time!

swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 Hi! I’m not sure what site you’re using? I got this bag directly from Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Dr. so it would be impossible for it to be fake. Aside from that, I just entered the code pictured above, into two different sites just to check since you said it’s not coming up for you, but both sites show it was “produced the 25th week of 2019 in France.”
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 just a heads up, because I’d hate for you to count on this and have it be wrong. But, “date code checkers” don’t authenticate Louis Vuitton bags. Fake Louis bags can still have authentic date codes sewn in. It’s not hard to replicate. So, if my date code is: FL2159, the first two letters (FL) are the country code. The first and third number (2,5) indicate the week of production and the second and third number (1,9) indicate year.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 so essentially anyone could just copy that, and they do. For that reason I’d recommend not relying on just checking date codes and only purchasing from sites that authenticate and guarantee your money back if it’s proven fake. In this case, I can assure you all my items are authentic. Feel free to check my many 5 star reviews. Plus, Posh authenticates the item before it arrives to you. So it’s guaranteed.

swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 are you interested in purchasing either of my Louis bags?
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 I’m sorry I’m not sure what you mean? Messy? The interiors photos, including the one of the interior logo, don’t show a single spot, stain, not even a piece of lint...It’s completely spotless...
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 sorry, I just didn’t know what you meant by messy, as the bag is very clean in the photos. But, I’m happy to provide additional photos. I’ve just taken more pictures and I’m posting them now. But, honestly it’s really difficult to get a clear photo of a label that small that’s also in the interior of a dark black bag. It’s hard to get the camera to focus.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 I’m so confused? We literally just had a whole conversation about authenticity and how I only sell authentic goods and how I have numerous (literally 98) 5 star reviews that you can easily view on my profile. And again, Poshmark authenticates every single item over $500. Why would I sell an inauthentic good? They would mark it as fake, I wouldn’t get paid for it, they’d send it back to me and then likely ban me from the site. Why would I risk my successful business?
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 why am I so invasive?? You asked me about my date code because you wanted to confirm the authenticity. Date codes don’t confirm authenticity. So I was being kind and taking the time to explain that so that you don’t rely on that and get scammed by someone in the future.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 lol okay. I hate to break it to you, but YOU can’t authenticate anything by looking at photos. It takes a professional, which you clearly aren’t or you would know that date codes don’t authenticate Louis bags. Literally makes zero sense to even insinuate my bag isn’t real. It goes to Poshmark before it ever goes to you and their experts identify it’s authenticity. If they couldn’t, you’d be immediately refunded.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 you clearly came here to waste my time. If you had bothered to check out my reviews, you’d see I’ve never had a designer bag not pass inspection by Poshmark. You’d also see my customers rave about my ship times and the quality of my items. My listing photos were done by a professional. And then after I take the time to answer your questions and take more photos, you have the nerve to be rude for no reason.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 while I was being nice and retrieving the bag to take the photos you asked for, you then commented and told me “maybe I should question the authenticity” after we had literally already just went over a few comments prior to that, that it’s authentic and that I only sell authentic goods.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 Then right after that you called me “invasive” all because I tried to explain to be careful relying on date codes since they don’t authenticate bags. I was trying to be kind and help you keep from getting scammed, which you initially thanked me for and then 20 min later called me invasive for it.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 Both of those things are definitely rude. And accusing or insinuating that a sellers bag is fake, after they’ve already told you that it’s not, and provided background info on the bag, and referred you to their many reviews from customers proving every other item they’ve sold, including designer bags, are ALL authentic, and you still have the nerve to insinuate that their bag is inauthentic, is absolutely rude.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 also, I looked in your closet. You don’t have anything for over $100 listed and your history of purchases, 50+, not a single thing over $100 either. Somehow I doubt you’re suddenly getting ready to drop $2000 all of a sudden on an LV mini backpack. And considering you don’t have a single high end designer item in your closet / purchase history, you are hardly an expert to judge mine. You came here to troll. Mission accomplished. Now move along.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 you have not sold a single high end designer bag. You sold one Tory Burch bag and one other random one. Again, not high end designer. And NO you’re not supposed to take my word. You’re supposed to take the words of the 98 people who gave me 5 star reviews. OR take the word of Poshmark who literally has experts on hand to authenticate these goods.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 umm besides my high end items??? You mean besides the 25+ high end bags?? Did it ever occur to you that I wear more affordable clothes and then splurge on some of my shoes and bags??
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 And what do you mean my bags that “happen to be new”?? Literally nobody said that. I had professional photos taken of all of them to sell. But every one of them is used and it’s all noted in the listings. Even if most of them have minimal wear. I’ve never claimed they are all new.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 @lsmbal4 lastly, before I block you, you literally know nothing about designer bags. You didn’t even know that you can’t authenticate it just by viewing photos and looking up a date stamp number. So the fact that you think YOU can authenticate a designer bag better than Poshmark’s own paid highly trained professionals / experts is insane. Get help, lady.
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @lsmbal4 “you know this is typical behavior for those that scam” - ummm what behavior. Kindly answering all of a customers questions when they ask them?? Posting additional photos like the customer asked for? Providing additional info informing them of how NOT to get scammed?? Having every single item above $500 go to PM to be authenticated? You’re literally out of your mind. 😂
Apr 11Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @kodi1999 yeah and those are fake!!! Which is why they are under $500 so they don’t have to go through Poshmark to be authenticated. You know less than nothing. A quick google search proves what this bad retails for. Nobody in their right mind would sell a highly sough after $2000+ backpack for $240. Now go away!!!

swilliams90211 @moneymore3 Hi! I just wanted to reach out and thank you for your offers! Unfortunately at this time, and due to these being so hard to find and so in demand, I just can’t come down anymore than my most recent offer. But, thank you again for your interest! 😊💕
Jul 06Reply
swilliams90211
swilliams90211 @moneymore3 also just as a little bonus for my higher end purchases, I offer free beauty bags with beauty freebies from Sephora, Ulta & Blue Mercury. I’m constantly getting them for free when I do large makeup purchases. 😆 so anyway, would be happy to throw one in as a “thank you” if you end up purchasing. 💕
