misstraciek @treschic212 I would think that when you have an open offer, that you would wait until that period is over before selling offsite. At least on here, you can see if someone else has put in an offer. Since I was aware that you made an offer yesterday evening, I knew that I had until this evening (24 hr) unless someone else made an offer. As it stands, I could have still clicked Accept and put you in a bind; in the future, I think you should wait until the offer period has closed.
