Closes with button in the back of the neck. Measurements: Length 83 cm / 3,67 inches Waist 24 cm / 9,44 inches (stretchy fabric) OBS I made the dress about 4 cm shorter (I like it a little shorter since I'm only 5,4) but it's only folded so that can easily be undone if you want the extra 4 cm.
