treasures2luv Where is the lace you refer to? Suppose it’s by the raw edge hem tho I don’t see it. Can you give him many inches up from the hem the lining stops? Any give in the waist? Thank you.

susanbb23 @treasures2luv Hi, The lace is inbetween the fabric layers. There are two rows of lace. It might be difficult to see, as the pattern is throughout the fabric and the lace. The lining comes down to just above the first layer of lace, so it is hidden. The lining is 22” long and the skirt is 39” long. And yes, the waist has stretch. I hope I have not confused you.

dianesauerborn Was the skirt made for a very tall woman? 39" from the waist down would have a train on the ground for most woman. If it is actually 29" I will buy it but would have to alter it substantially if it is 39"

dianesauerborn Regarding the length of the skirt: a 6' tall man wears a 34" inseam pants which is like a maxi length skirt. I would think 39" length would be for a person 6'5" tall
