niknik777 @greeneyz44 have you ever painted a 70" Nutcracker? Do you have any idea how many hundreds of hours we spend creating these one of a kind works of art, or how much paint and embellishments cost? I've seen them sell for more than double this. I painted 2 this season and it pretty much took over my life, lol. You can go buy a mass produced, poorly painted one for less, or buy one and paint it yourself, but don't ignorantly comment on something you know nothing about.

whiteorchid67 @montas the Walmart nutcracker is sold out nationwide and it came white. This person spent a zillion hours painting this gorgeous nutcracker. Aside from the labor there’s probably at least $300 in primer, paint, glue, embellishments, sealer etc. This is a fair price and some custom nuttys like this sell for more of your research.

sherrireed1126 @montas As someone who painted the same nutcracker after purchasing it at the same price, I can confirm that she isn’t charging enough for her nutcracker. My nutcracker is no where close to being as perfect as this nutcracker. She is obviously a skilled artist and her time, supplies and expertise must be considered.
