It’s a teal colored satin material strapless mini dress. The top is a sweetheart neckline. It has an empire waist, at the waist are pleats going down and a bow in the center with a silver jewel adornment. The skirt is flowy with a tulle over the satin part. The tulle has a pattern of three silver dots. Only worn once.
