SILK DRESS by ERIK SCHAIX 1992 Couture Dress

LOOOOVE this dress! Only tag has dressmakers name (from Paris). Got at an estate sale. Top of dress is black velvet and the skirt...well look at it! Stunning! Has gorgeous attached petticoat, cap sleeves, small shoulder pads, slight boatneck round neckline, back zipper & hook eye closure. Had a piece added to sleeves as seen in pics. Wide pleated super full skirt. Got in touch with designer!!! It’s from his 1992 Winter Collection. It’s one of a kind! See chat in pics. Measures about 19” armpit to armpit, 15” across waist and 55” long. I DID THE SILK TEST…IT IS SILK!!
