This was purchased in 2019. It has been used twice in water and once for a dry event. There is a single miniscule tear in one fin attachment area (pic included) and can easily be fixed with some silicone sealant. Size guide is attached with my measurements used to create it. Mernation is a very highly skilled mermaid tail maker from Florida who specializes in these so the greatest care was taken. Top is included. No marks or stains.
