yourmodernbabe @ladealqueen Hi! So, you aren’t the first person to be tricked by these leggings. They are a brand that is actually sold on Amazon. For Spanx, they do have a red Tag, but they are going to say Spanx at the top and have the size towards the bottom. None of their tags will show a triangle or a circle. The material content is also off

yourmodernbabe @ladealqueen The body is made up of 87% Nylon, 13% elastain with Poly, with the coating 80% poly and 20% elastain. In addition to that the crotch is also different on them. Did you purchase them on Poshmark?

ladealqueen @yourmodernbabe I just checked other listings and you are completely right 😭 the label isn’t the same. They were sold to me on Merc… as Spanx. I guess I should have researched more before falling for it. Thanks for your help! I’m deleting the listing rn.

yourmodernbabe @ladealqueen I’m sorry! I always find that there are always a lot of counterfeits on Ⓜ️. It could be possible that the pervious owner also purchased them from somewhere else not knowing as well. If they were purchased on Poshmark they would refund you, so you might want to reach out to Ⓜ️ and see if they will do the same. If you are still wanting to resale them, I’d just post in a listing they are similar to Spanx.
