Free People, Vintage, Hi-Lo, Bohemian, Ruffled, Faux Wrap Skirt in Deep Black. I purchased this Fabulous, Now Vintage, Free People Skirt at a High-end Boutique when I lived in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in the Early 2000's. This Amazing Skirt is No Longer Available Anywhere. Difficult catching the Color/Ruffles in the right light due to the Color Black, hence the different colored pics. The Right Side Ruffle starts in the Right Hand Corner below the Oh So Comfy Stretch Waistband. However, there's no gathering so the Waistband doesn't look like a Stretch Waistband at all! That Ruffle encompasses the Entire Front & Back Bottom of the Skirt, ending up into the Left underside so the Ruffle will always show, along with as little or as much Leg of your choice. This is a very Sexy, Unique and Elegant A-line Skirt. The One Time I wore this little Beauty, I chose to put the Waistband right underneath my navel. It's great to have the ability to wear it over or under your High Hips! Wear this Skirt All Year. Pairing with Heels, Sandals or Flats to any kind of Boots, along with any Top or Sweater!
