Cynthia Rowley blouse

Beautiful soft and Sydney blouse. It’s a beautiful turquoise and rust color with ruffle flutter sleeves that are a bit capped. It has a scoop rounded collar and has only been worn once or twice. I think it runs a little bit small but still an extra large. Pit to pit is 18 inches and it’s length is 26 inches long
