Like New VS PINK Full-Zip Jacket Ice Blue XS Fit

I love this piece but the arms are too tight for my preference. I never wore it except to model. It looks NWOT, original listing said “like new.” The silver and ice / baby blue colors remind me of y2k style. Model is 5' tall, 32B bust / 29" waist (size 2-4 pants) / 36" hips
