Gorgeous green dress wear or repurpose

Lovely fancy dress with corset top. This dress is being sold to upscale or wear. There is no tag for sizing or material. I’d say it’s a small medium or largeish small. Laces to cinch the back could be replaced with any type of laces. 3 layers of fabric lots of potential. This dress has been washed but appears to have some small food stains.
