jerseyglam @alexis_comeaux Hi! All items that are boutique are supposed to be from a manufacturer/distributor and not something purchased in a retail store. Most are usually NWT although I know sometimes they do not all have tags. They don't always come with tags from the vendors but I do have some of my own that I add - but I personally don't always add tags. It depends on how quickly I'm trying to package items to get them out that day :)

alexis_comeaux This is very helpful, thank you for taking time to respond! It sounds as if most boutique items are NWT but most importantly boutique items have never been worn and the posh purchaser is the first owner, regardless of whether the vendor (or you) have placed tags on them in trying to get them shipped out the door! Would that be accurate?
